  Tray is a very professional and friendly. I love the sense of urgency that he takes when I need something different or add a product. I would not use any other uniform service even if they were cheaper, because you cannot buy GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and that is what I get from UniFirst and Tray. Thank you, Brenda B.   We switched to Unifirst for our uniform needs mid-2016. Since the roll over, I have been extremely pleased with the service. Richard Hohn is responsible for our account. He is very customer oriented and provides a high level of service. Richard is very professional in his approach to managing the account and has an excellent attitude.

  Sure the uniforms come back clean but out of 5 shirts I got back two of them had 2 buttons, 1 had 3 buttons, and another had only 1. So I had 1 work shirt to wear for the week had I not worn something from home.
