  This place first of all is terrible to get in and out of because of its location. Yesterday I started calling at 6am to see if my doctor had called in a script, the phone was answered by the pharmacy and asked if i could hold. I was left there for 10 minutes. I hung up called back, the person again ( the new pharmacist) asked could I hold. I explained I had been on hold and called back. I was then told ( in a very rude manner) he had face to face customers that had to be helped before me. I have been in the store at this same time and know there is one person in pharmacy that has to answer phone ,work the window ,and face to face customers, only one other person in the front of store. This is a very bad managent call. I ended up calling 2 more times with those going straight to answering machine, 15 minutes no one ever picked up. I hung up called back and talked to Sue the manager( very sweet and helpful) explained my frustration told her if they are that busy they don't need my business. Can someone not be assigned to answer the phone? She was very kind, walked back and checked on it for me. I am DONE, transferred all my scripts out of there. If you want good timely customer service this certainly not the place to go! Pam, Shelia, Sue, Rob and the gentleman I don't know his name that works up front 3rd shift when Pam is not there are awesome people. This appears to be an upper management issue..
